Welcome to H2O: A custom-built modern beach house 1.5 blocks from the beach, with a heated pool. Spanning 4,493 square feet, H2O is a spacious coastal escape designed for families and groups who want to blend comfort, style, and plenty of fun.

Step inside to soaring ceilings and a bright open living room with coastal-modern decor that seamlessly flows into the chef's kitchen. This fully stocked gourmet kitchen features an oversized island and plenty of prep space for effortless dining and entertaining. H2O boasts three indoor lounge areas all equipped with large Smart TVs - including a 1st floor front lounge with a pool table.

H2O comfortably hosts large groups, with 6 bedrooms and multiple sleeping options. This Jacksonville Beach retreat has six luxurious bedrooms (5 of which have ensuite bathrooms) and a designated workspace. Every bedroom has a top-of-the-line, award-winning mattress, hotel-quality pillows for different sleep positions, a work desk, and a smart TV. The suites are as follows:

Primary suite - 2nd floor - king bed with ensuite
Guest Suite #2 - 2nd floor - 2 queen beds + futon with ensuite
Guest Suite #3 - 2nd floor - 2 queen beds + twin bunk beds with ensuite
Guest Suite #4 - 2nd floor - king bed with ensuite
Guest Suite #5 - 1st floor - king bed with ensuite
Guest Suite #6 (The Casita) - private guest house with king bed and ensuite

The garage/game room at H2O is a treasure trove of entertainment...ping pong, foosball, air hockey, a game station, and a basketball hoop.

In the outdoor oasis you can relax and unwind in your own resort inspired retreat, with luxuriously furnished private heated swimming pool for year round comfort, fire pit, and multiple lounge areas.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
