Interruptions

I booked for 2 weeks so I could work in the apartment online and visit my brother in the hospital at night. Before I made it to the apartment, the host was gracious enough to inform me about the exterminator coming by the next day. However, the maintenance also came in with workers to check the sprinkler system and change out the fire extinguisher.The apartment was very hot because the AC wasn’t working. I had to ask the host to send someone to fix the AC. It was still warm in the apartment because the settings on thermostat. By Tuesday of the second week, the smoke detectors started going off. I informed the host. New smoke detectors weren’t installed until Thursday. I reached out to explain I would be leaving 3 days earlier than the scheduled date. The host never responded to me. I had to get trash bags from maintenance to clean the apartment.
