It was as expected for a low-cost room. But, no real complaints as I was traveling alone and don't require much in the comfort zone a lot of picky people do. (you get what you pay for).

The staff refused to give towels i had to wait until the following day until 11am before i could receive towels and the place does not clean unless you report them and the bathroom is horrible and shower had not been cleaned in a long time i had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean up the room.

When we first got there, the staff was doing a shift change at 3:00 pm which is inconveniently the same time everyone is checking in. After 45 mins of waiting in line I was told the only room they had was a smoking room, but surprisingly it doesn’t smell. After checking the room myself, it was horrible. The room smelled awful. I returned to the front desk to be met with another long line. Informed the front desk we could not stay and requested a cancellation of our reservation. When I tried to rebook another room at another hotel, I was made aware that I would have to contact the hotels customer service department in order to be refunded. I put in a complaint and was told they would issue a refund. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I also had just stayed at another motel 6 days before in Chattanooga TN. This one was very clean and pleasant. It’s not the hotel chain, it’s the staff that run the hotel.

The bathroom was very dirty with used towels and washcloths and stuff on the sink. The towels on the floor of the bathroom were wet like someone had just been in there. The microwave did not work. I checked in after 1am, and I was very tired.

Basically everything ... The so called Front desk area is a disaster .I went up to my assigned room and i checked the bathroom , the was no bathroom tissue ( imagine an emergency) you know what I mean ... I went down to the front desk and told the person in charge ,then she handed roll to me and said " I am sorry for the inconvenient situation " ... That is unacceptable .The window curtain hanging on one side , people outside could see inside. There was no hot water for the sink , .They say it was no smoking ,oh boy ! the room smells like a designated smoking area . i will NEVER recommend that place anyone .

There was trash in the parking lot. The first room I went into the door, didn’t even shut correctly and it was supposed to have a microwave refrigerator. There was a dope microwave. The refrigerator was wobbly. It smelled the second room they put me in had roaches. It smelled like cigarettes and was dirty.

Asked for new towels. Was told they would bring them to the room but they never did. Room smelled of cat urine. I had to ask for blankets. No trash can.Heater not working. Holes in the curtains. Black mold on bathroom vent. Looking condemnable in the room. Garbage all over the yard next to the dumpster. Parking lot full of old oil on the ground from cars.

It was very memorable and honestly I wouldn’t have had it any other way. My ratings are honest but do not reflect my personal enjoyment of my stay. The constant smell of marijuana, the unsafe feeling my girlfriend got from some of the other guests, the personal fear that wearing my Jordan’s might get me robbed, the cops being called to the property or nearby properties… it all made a really unique experience, and one I will cherish, truly. This place made my spring break memorable and fantastic. The staff was pretty good too! I would not recommend this location to a single, female traveler, or maybe even a small group of females. I also would not reccomend this location for a small, single male traveler (especially if they’re not strapped). But if you’re a broke group of college students on spring break… enjoy it!
