This home is thoughtfully designed with all three bedrooms upstairs, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, so everyone has a private sanctuary. A convenient half-bath is also located on the main floor.
Two of the bedrooms share a private balcony with stunning ocean views, providing an ideal spot for sharing morning coffee or evening cocktails. The third bedroom offers a tranquil marsh view, a peaceful space for unwinding. For those who can`t completely disconnect, a designated workstation is located off the living room.
The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety and to protect the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violating these policies may result in immediate eviction and the complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please obtain prior approval for any additional guests beyond the reported numbers.
The guest is responsible for any damage to the property that occurs beyond normal wear and tear during their stay. This includes excessive dirt, property damage, and missing or damaged linens and other items. In such cases, Amelia Best Vacation Rentals & Realty will let you know and charge your credit card accordingly. The guest is responsible for notifying Amelia Best VRR upon check-in if the property is found in less-than-desirable condition or if any damage requiring attention is present.
Reservation Processing Fee: All reservations are subject to a service processing fee. This fee helps to cover the software costs and other expenses associated with taking reservations. This amount is non-refundable.
Rental Agreement Requirement: All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that for all refunds, the non-refundable reservation processing fee and any credit card processing fees incurred will be deducted. For nightly or weekly rentals, cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable fees. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees, while no refund can be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival. For properties that allow only monthly rentals, cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable fees. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees. No refund is given for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. There will be no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home due to mechanical failure of non-essential items.
