This place felt like a slumb lord. The room i was given did not meet up to its rating nor did it represent the name it has. Room had a musty smell, the microwave had rust on the inside, spiderwebs in the ceiling corners, flooring was sticky due to lack of mopping. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They swimming pool had no water and there seem to be mildew in it and leaves. This place should be closed down and remodeled. This list is long. Do not stay here.

The rooms were stink of smoke. They tried to change our room but all yhe rooms they showed us had a stinky odor. We booked two nights, we only stayed for one night only because we got there late. This place needs to shut down and get a complete make over. Its not safe.

It was filthy and not supporting of the pictures or rating at all. I was in a suite and there was no luxury to it. Microwave was missing! The reservations were messed up. The breakfast was falsely advertised. The pool was full of mud and trash. The police were there twice over the weekend. There was no ice available. It was terrible. Sheets dirty smh

The room wasn't ready by 8pm when I arrived to do the check in, they just sent me to the room but seems that nobody checks, very careless. *The bed didn't have pillows, then they realized and they toss me 3 pillows. *The bathroom just has littles hand towels and 2 little soaps, and I have to go to the front desk to request towels to get a shower and no shampoo and no conditioner, nothing at all. *At the room the coffee maker machine didn't have coffee package neither cups, just 3 packs of tea. Anyway, nothing to put the water, no cups. *The desk has no chair to sit to work, and no lamp also. *The TV wasn't working well, seems that the screen has damage because the image wasn't clear, little lines and blurry hard to see well. *The breakfast very poor, few things and basic, very low quality, waffles, great value yogurts, few butters, syrup, apples and coffee. *The outdoor hallway to walk to the rooms disgusting very dirty and smelly, food dropping, cigarettes tails everywhere. *The room was clean yes, that is all.

This is absolutely the worst hotel in Jacksonville. None of the pictures match the hotel except maybe the driveway there’s no gym. The pool‘s been empty for years. The towels had holes in them. The small room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was disgusting! Breakfast consist of waffles and yogurt. check out day there was roaches all over the floor.
