Woman who checked me in had short curly hair unfortunately I forgot to get her name. It was a late check in. Almost midnight. She was extremely rude. For this reason I will never stay in recommend this hotel to any family or soror sisters when they visit the area

Well the hotel is beautiful but the room bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows smelled like old musty, the bathroom was dirty I cleaned it lots of dirt came up, and toilet had stain n shower too The ac kept not working through the night stayed on cool. We had to keep getting up to try to fix, I went to lobby few times no one was there, I called to report no answer The breakfast meats were undercooked, I couldn't enjoy soft bacon and sausage was over cooked I guess from microwaved eggs were not satisfactory. So no not happy I really would like a refund, I left my number to call me, no response
