security guards has the mindset of a 13 year old.

pulled up to the hotel for them to inform me they were closed. keep in mind i had reserved this room not even an hour before. the security guard was rude and ignorant, cussed in front of my child. Dude obviously has issues in his own life issues and takes them out on guest. i’m still waiting for my refund.
