The room was somewhat clean but when I lifted the bedding a roach was on my bed. I must of killed like 4. There was no hot water, just lukewarm water. I was told that I had a better room. I can image what the others were like. There were roaches inside the fridge. Also, their stairs are a death trap. They are all different heights that makes it very easy to fall and of course I fell on the property not on the steps but on a very small step that is not noted and it was painted all the same color of the walkway.

I wasn’t aware I needed to present a credit card for them to hold $100 for incidentals. There aren’t any incidentals here and the place is in really bad shape. They had to hold $100 on my debit card because I did not bring a credit card with me. I am here to visit the Mayo Clinic because I’m very sick. This is not a vacation. I’ll be coming back weekly, but I won’t be staying here. I’ll find a different place.

Our visit was horrible from the start. First of all we arrived and Lobby was decorated beautifully from the staff and holiday decorations...but things went down from there. The staff left a number to call if anyone required assistance upon arriving.I called the number at least 4 times and no one answered the phone...during this time the property Security arrived asking if we were ok. We explained our situation to him and he asked us to call the number again, and a few moments later, the staff arrived...she apologized with a smile... After arriving in our room, we noticed the beds were made nice and neat as expected, the bathroom was cleaned and the sik area was clean, however,the floor was neglected by the staff. The floors are hardwood floors and the floors required cleaning. The staff informed us that our room was the only room on the property which met our booking requirement, so we understood that our only options were to attempt to find another room at a different hotel, Inform the staff only for nothing to happen or clean the floors a d try to enjoy our 2 day stay in Jax. We chose the latter. We informed the staff of the cleaning mishap and they were apologetic... We have stayed here before and had better experiences. but this was a rough one.

room was nice, close to stadium about 4 miles from jag stadium. floors need to be mopped! my wife walked around with her socks, was pretty dirty. beds are weird. like a pull out bed. but they were comfy not really the size of queens tho???? idk. TV didn't work but maint. man fixed it. next morning- was out again??? small small ice machine up front with a scoop. close to road. stay was okay. no restaurants or bars in area.
