The condition of the hotel is a bit outdated and worn out for a 4-star hotel. However, I love the fact that the hotel is located above a mall where my kiddo and I are able to go down to get something to eat or get some necessary items. Too bad, the mall doesn't open until 10a, but the hotel serves breakfast or I would just get Grab (Indonesian Rideshare app) to go to nearby restaurants, which are plenty.

Pleasant stay at Ciputra Hotel. The dressing gown and slippers didn’t fit my Caucasian partner. The coffee was not great and breakfast could have been better, hotter and more choice for foreigners
