Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disappointing

I found at least 3 cockroaches in the AM. My friend woke up with itchy body, might be some bed bugs! Internet (wifi) not working I had to then check out after my first night, and book another property for my second night in Jakarta.
