The property was absolutely stupendous. Exceeded all expectations. Could have taken a vacation for a day or two just at this hotel. The only problem was the shuttle bus did not pick me up at the airport as agreed.

My husband and I loved our stay when between flights to and from CGK! The room was very comfortable and clean, the aiport transfer was wonderful and most especially, the staff were incredible!! Every single staff member was lovely and welcoming, from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, the porters, cleaners and staff at both restaurants!! All were above and beyond expectations! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed a second time before flying home to Canada. We would highly recommend staying here and send genuine thanks to all the staff!

A really nice hotel to stay at any time and especially for access to international flight. A highlight of our trip was the evening spent at the Sheraton with friends and relatives able to visit and use the cafe and dining room. No request was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel who went out of their way on several occasions to make our stay memorable. It is easy to recommend this hotel.
