The outdoor swimming pool measures 4 x 8 m with a depth ranging from 110 to 150 cm and is available year-round from 01 January to 31 December, ensuring you can enjoy a refreshing swim regardless of the season. The property benefits from parking space for up to 3 cars, providing ample convenience for guests arriving by vehicle. Reliable internet WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay, while the generous yard invites you to unwind and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings of this exceptional retreat.

The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the main level and the lower ground floor to ensure privacy and ease of living.
On the main level, the first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with a bath and WC, a double hand-basin, air conditioning, and a fan. The second bedroom on this level is equally equipped with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, along with air conditioning and a fan. The spacious and bright living and dining room features satellite TV, digital TV, and a fan, and opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. The large kitchen is fully equipped and provides direct access to the patio. A separate shower room with WC completes the main level.
On the lower ground floor, the third bedroom offers a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. This level also includes a bathroom with a bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. The property enjoys a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley, and the outdoor spaces are furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs.
