Incredible recently renovated apartment with terrace, parking, free wifi, air conditioning and wonderful mountain views. Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, it offers a large community pool, for adults and children, and impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 400 metres from Montañar II Rock Beach and close to all services.
Accommodation
This stylish, modern and bright apartment has 71 m² and has been recently renovated and decorated. The dwelling, distributed on a single level, has 2 beautiful bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, accommodating up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace: the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment also offers a modern and fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful terrace. On the terrace we can enjoy a spacious dining table and magnificent views of the pool, garden and mountain. In the common areas of the urbanisation, you can enjoy an impressive garden with lawn, children's area and a large pool, fenced and with an area for children.
