Located in the coveted Montañar II area of Jávea, this elegant terraced house is the perfect base for living on the coast with a touch of tranquillity.
Enter to find a bright and airy lounge, a modern kitchen and not one, but two outdoor patios, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing with a cold drink. One patio is located right next to the kitchen and overlooks a quiet and leafy side street, while the other opens from the living room and main entrance, with views of the lush communal gardens and cosy swimming pools.
On the ground floor, you will find a convenient guest toilet and a double room, ideal for guests or for anyone who prefers to avoid the stairs.
On the upper floor, the first floor offers a bedroom with two single beds, a separate shower bathroom and a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom. Built-in wardrobes and cold/hot air conditioning everywhere ensure comfort at any time of the year.
The upper floor is a refuge for relaxation with a versatile space for reading or TV and two balconies, one of which overlooks the pool area, perfect for having a coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.
The terraced house is located within a closed and secure complex with separate swimming pools for adults and children, a small lawn garden and a private underground parking space. And for those who want a little more, residents also have access to an underground sauna and a squash court, ideal for relaxing or exercising.
In just 10 minutes on foot, you will arrive at the lively beach and promenade of Arenal, packed with cafés, restaurants, and cocktail bars. Do you prefer something more tranquil? The rocky promenade of Montañar II is just a 3-minute walk away. Nearby is the Thalassa beach bar, a local favourite that serves breakfasts with sea views.
Advice: Montañar Beach House is located in the same complex as Montañar Mar, just 250 metres from Ático Salónica and 150 metres from the complex housing Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar. For families or groups, booking two or more of these properties together could be a fantastic option!
Important Notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people under 25 years old are not permitted in this establishment. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or to minors accompanied by adults who are also staying at the establishment. If you are below the minimum required age and proceed to confirm the booking anyway, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose any right to a refund.
