As you enter the villa, the sweeping views of the Mediterranean sea provide a backdrop to all window views on the main level. The extra large dining table is the focal point of the room, with a well equipped state of the art kitchen to provide your meal preparation. Relax in the lounge to take in the breathtaking serenity of the sea.

On the poolside level, there are four bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom offers its own private entrance to further terraces for lounging, or poolside relaxation.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette magnifique maison de vacances à Javea. La situation de la maison est tout simplement exceptionnelle, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et le rocher de Portitxol. La piscine est un vrai plus, très agréable pour se rafraîchir et se détendre tout au long de la journée. La maison est également très bien équipée pour passer un séjour confortable et sans souci.Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité. Les échanges ont été très fluides et agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances inoubliables à Javea !

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir haben einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub mit 8 Personen im Alter von 29-79 verbracht ! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und hat einen traumhaften Blick ! Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit tollem Grill und alles was man benötigt zum kochen ! Die Anlage war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ! Es gab ein Problem mit der Lüftung dies wurde umgehend behoben ! Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig da es in unmittelbarer Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt , diese ist ca 15 min entfernt ! Ich kann dieses Haus absolut empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen !
