歯ブラシがないホテルは一生の中で初めて体験。また室内のWiFiが殆ど接続できず電波が弱すぎる。全く使用できない。また、空港まで送迎と記載しておきながら実際には送迎がない。7時半のチェックアウト時に受付に人が全くいない。常連に聞くといつもの事との事。キーを受付においてそれでOK。ここは一つ星のホテルのレベルです 。

部屋は綺麗。地球環境に優しいを謳っていて無駄を省いているようだがせめて最低限①部屋のゴミは毎日片付けてほしい②使用したカップは毎日洗ってほしい③部屋にはバスタオルしか備えられていないが毎日交換してほしい（歯ブラシ等はなくても持参している人は多いから問題ないと思う） ホテルスタッフにその都度言わなければ実施してもらえないのちょっと不満足な点。その他は大変便利な立地のホテル。

飯店整體環境衛生有待加強。我們入住的房間煙味非常非常重，免強睡了一晚以後，第二天我們要求換房。飯店方表示需要付額外費用才能換房間，我們也付了。這次換到的房間冷氣不冷，櫃檯拿來了電扇希望能幫助降溫，但效果非常有限。我們最後臨時決定提早check out，因為房間環境真的很不理想。
