Hotel was very clean . Got a family room snd was initially assigned a room with leaking tap. Hotel staff was quick to respond. After informing us that they were unable to fix the leak, we were promptly given another room. Would definitely stay again for short trips.

A very welcoming hotel. Friendly and nice staff always willing to help. 1. Buffet breakfast is simple and good. Would have appreciated the yogurt either kept in refrigerator or served in individual cups. 2. Gym has full facilities and in good working order. 3. Rooms are cleaned and had good aircon. 4. Only con, the public male toilet is smelly on entry.

Too much noise in the room

Room looked well maintained, bright and clean. However, throughout the night the aircon in both bedrooms buzzed loudly. Then, there would loud water running through the pipes sound, sometimes as if it was raining outside when it wasn't raining. The constant loud noises throughout the night affected quality of sleep. Breakfast was ok, spread was wider than the other Express in north America.
