Everything is good except the so call "firm" pillows on bed are still too soft for us, giving us a pain in the neck after waking up in the mornings. Excellent services provided at check in, breakfast lounge and room cleaning. Appreciate the effort.

The staff were extremely friendly that made our stay memorable. Easy check in and the breakfast is great. The hotel is clean and very convenient while shopping round JB. It the best place for family to stay.

Super convenient to walk over from JB Sentral station and the 2 malls (City Square and Komtar) are just beside the hotel. Room (King-size) is spacious and very clean Overall the hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location! Fantastic service

Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift. Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station.

Holiday inn hotel- room is always clean,bed is comfortable even the roll out extra bed is comfortable. The Aircon is very good. Housekeeping service is good. Holiday inn hotel is always our first choice when we are in JB. As a IHG member I always have back the same room as we always request.

Sign up for the birthday package to celebrate with my hubby. Everything is great from staff to our room. The only down side is the chocolate cake is not so fresh 😆 very dry sponge cake.

Overall an acceptable stay

Good and comfortable stay but the lifts were not working unfortunately during our stay and it was a bit troublesome. But the hotel staff did their best to help us transfer to their service lift instead.

Strategic location. Walking distance to JB Sentral and easy to find food as it is surrounded by malls. Hope that the staff is more atrentive to guest's request made during booking. I requested an extra bed during booking and even paid for it during check-in. But the extra bed was not even prepared when we went into the room. Had to wait awhile for the additional bed to be sent to the room. Just shows poor communication among the staff.
