10th corner room. The shower trap hole was choked. Water can’t flow while showering, this resulted in ponding n water flow out to the dry toilet area. We have to mop clean up the toilet floor. The bath towels also look black and dated. For a price of $250 Singapore dollar per night, we expected higher standards. The lighting in the room was also dim and not bright. The only saving grace was spacious and connected to paradigm mall.

Stay went generally well Supplemental information should be added to the website, especially for first time visitors, example the common access to the hotel lobby from the mall: - GF, Hyatt Place entrance to level 7 - Pillar F14 from level 6 of the carpark Access to the mall is weird after 22:00, pretty much had to ask a few security guards how to get to GSC for a late movie & if you need to unplug an EV after 22:00, access to the carpark (chargers at level 1 & level 2 only) would be an adventure as well

This is my 2nd stay within the year. Car Park on 6th floor and Front desk on the 7th floor, there is an exit that lead straight to the shopping center near Uniqlo. Room was Ok, very convenience place as the shopping center below is big with all eatery, merchandise and even a supermarket..
