My 2nd time staying in St Giles. The room is generally ok but the toilet door does not align properly and needed a bit of strength to open and close. The towels provided had a musky smell and was not pleasant. Hope they will look it & provide better experience for their guests.

Good location beside shopping mall. Front desk, bellmen excellent service. Breakfast is unfortunately average. The counter guy that cooks the egg omelets can be a little more friendlier in his replies when I ask for omelets (while I was struggling to get the correct magic word for him) haha. Cleanliness of the room is average too. Housekeeper actually left a used robe back on the safe (while we left it in the sink to be replaced with a fresh one). Servers at bar were friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was still ok. Please encourage the team to keep up their good work. I am certain they are working incredibly hard during this holiday period.

I recently visited St. Giles Southkey and would like to provide feedback on breakfast and housekeeping. The breakfast spread is good, with a wide variety maintained even during busy periods. However, the reserved table tag system relies heavily on staff observation, which can cause confusion. During my visit, I stepped away for a second round of food, and my table was cleared and taken by another guest. Staff were unsure who had cleared it, and I was eventually reseated at a larger table despite a queue outside. A dual-tag system indicating occupied vs available tables could prevent this. Another issue is housekeeping entering the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed and before check-out time. While preparing rooms is understandable, strict adherence to DND signage is essential to maintain guest privacy. In summary, while the hotel provides a good breakfast and basic facilities, clearer table management during breakfast and strict observance of DND signs would improve the guest experience and influence whether guests consider staying here in the future.

Nice room and nice access to business lounge - so we had our breakfast & dinner there. The food is really nice in our opinion. We tried breakfast at Causeway Cafe L6 once. Its medium entry level and very crowded. Not really suitable if travelling with young babies. We stayed in the suite but the toilet has a persistent sewer smell, this is probably bad plumbing design.

Convenient location but service from hotel is easily none. You can call the hotel hotline but no one is going to pickup the call. Ask for a service and it takes hours. Other than good location of this hotel, not sure what is the plus point.

Spacious for a King room. Overlooking greenery, beautiful view. Needs to pay attention to maintenance to little details but overall clean and convenient as mall is attached. It took abot 15 minutes by Grab from JB Sentral.
