This property was perfect as it was very close to the airport, which was what we needed as our flight was cancelled. The one staff member that took care of us was very pleasant working with us as supposedly the room was not ready even though we arrived after the check in time. The bed was comfortable I didn’t like the pillows as they were too soft for my liking. Breakfast was good. But, if you like to sleep rest assured that you won’t find a quiet neighborhood, the car and motorcycle noise is constant. I would not recommend it for a whole week. And hopefully they are not charging costumers for the pool use as it has been deemed unsafe.

The staff was very courteous. The hotel is very basic. Only one elevator was working. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall. The towel racks in the bathrooom were pulling off the wall. The plaster repair work in the walls were very sloppy . The bed pillows were very uncomfortable.

I had booked this hotel for one night before my vacation and I have to say I was impressed with the cleanliness and the rooms, as well as their breakfast options. I will definitely be booking here again.

The room was booked through Expedia, and prepaid. The best western charged for the room, and in addition, charged for a room deposit of. We have contacted the Best Western for a correction. The Deposit has been returned, but the room charge has not. We are currently working with Visa to have the room charge reimbursed. Also, we were not advised that the pool was out of service.

At breakfast this morning at 9:00 am there was hardly any food out. It hadn’t been replenished and a lot of people were looking for food. Room is very old. Shower leaked everywhere! Would not stay at this hotel again

Advertises "airport shuttle" but the scheduled is very limited. If your flights departs earlier than 8am you must arrange your own transportation because the first shuttle to airport leaves at 6:20am and the ride takes 20 minutes.

Pool and sundeck have been closed for some time but there was no notice of this closure when booking. ( disappointing as we had planned to spend the afternoon there.) Room was not fully clean when we checked in, & there weren’t enough towels in the room. But, on the positive side- the staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly rectified some of the issues ( immediately providing more towels) Shuttle was great from airport. Staff were knowledgeable about surrounding area. Beds were comfortable. But, overall would not consider this a three star hotel.

Arriving at the property there was some sort of construction sign on the door saying the building was unsafe. The lobby was dark and dingy, not like the photos posted online. There was hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. There was a bug that crawled out from under the bed. The free breakfast in the morning was gone... 2 apples, the waffle maker and a few pieces of bread to make toast. There was nothing in the mini fridge, maybe it used to have yogurt? The juice was empty, no eggs left, and somemthing (bacon or sausage?) was also empty.
