Everything was wonderful except the bath tub. The bottom was slanted to the center making it dangerous for me as I moved from end to end during my shower. I am a little unsteady on flat ground, so this seemed treacherous for me.

NOT COMING BACK! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

We had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite being promised a room at the back of the hotel on the main floor, we were instead placed right next to the elevator and directly in front of the breakfast area. The noise was absolutely unbearable. We didn’t get a single minute of proper sleep due to the constant noise from the elevator running all night and the racket from guests gathering for breakfast right outside our door. If you’re looking for a restful stay, avoid this place unless they can guarantee you a quiet room. We certainly won’t be returning.

HOW can I review when you NEVER had me reserved to be there? I never went be cause of that. I cannot give you a review. Poor communicating folks. When I went to cancel reservation I found there was NO reservation. They never had me reserved, never heard of me.

We traveled to Oconomowoc to celebrate a high school reunion. Our stay at Staybridge Suites was fantastic! They had every amenity we needed and more. The staff was gracious when we requested fresh towels and more coffee - lol! They had meet and greets the first couple of nights we stayed. Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
