Tervetuloa kauniiseen Ka Milo 205: een, jossa kutsumme sinut kokemaan lämpöä ja aloha, joka todella ilmentää Havaijin saarten henkeä! Meidän trooppinen huvila sijaitsee Ka Milan aidatulla, hyväpalkkaisella alueella, ja sieltä on näkymät Mauna Lani Southin golfkentän 11: lle väylälle. Tämä yksityinen, hiljainen yhteisö sijaitsee maailmankuulu Mauna Lani Resortissa, Havaijin suuren saaren länsirannikolla.

Ylellinen huvila on täysin varustettu 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen omakotitalo 2500 neliömetrin sisätilojen elintilaa ja lisäksi 530 neliömetriä ulkona Lanai tilaa. Suuren päätason olohuoneen ja Lanai-alueen lisäksi, jossa on ulkokeittiö ja susi-grilli, alemmalla tasolla on toinen olohuone, joka avautuu 2. lanai- ja yksityiselle takapihalle, johon kuuluu uima-allas.

Päätasolla on avoin ilmapiiri, joka koostuu keittiö-, olo- ja ruokailuhuoneista. Gourmet-keittiössä on susi-laitteita ja valtava graniitti-saari, jossa on toinen pesuallas ja aamiaisbaari, johon mahtuu 3 henkeä. Kauniin ruokapöydän 8 tuolia helposti perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Viereisessä olohuoneessa on mukavasti kalustettu ja mukana on 55 "taulutelevisio HD ja sininen-ray DVD-soitin niille iltaisin viihdyttää kotona.

Meidän huvila on runsaasti tilaa majoittaa ystäviä ja sukulaisia. On yksi vierashuone, jossa queen bed sijaitsee pääkerroksessa, joka on kätevä vieraille, jotka eivät ole mukavia portaita. Toinen vierashuone ja isäntävierasosasto sijaitsevat alemmalla tasolla. Toinen vierashuone on varustettu king-vuode ja on liukuva lasiovet ulos pieni yksityinen Lanai. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, laaja kylpyhuone, vaatehuone ja erillinen sisäänkäynti alemmalle lanai-, allas-, kylpylä- ja yksityiselle takapihalle. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma HD-TV ja alemman tason olohuone, joka on viihtyisästi kalustettu kahdella täysikokoisella sohvalla ja kirjoituspöydällä, on 55 "HD-TV.

Muita ominaisuuksia, jotka parantavat lomasi ovat täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, Keski / C ja WiFi koko kodin. Tarjolla on runsaasti rantavarusteita, joista voi nauttia myös 4 snorkkeliä, kuusi rantatuolia, 2 sateenvarjoa, 4 boogie-levyä, 3 polkupyörää, uima-allasta ja nuudeleita sekä kaksi jäähdytintä, jotka ottavat piknik-lounaan rannalle. Asiakkaille, joilla on pieniä lapsia, meillä on Pack-n-play, kannettava syöttötuoli ja sateenvarjorattaat rattaiden paikan päällä avuksesi.

Ka Milo 205: n vieraana pääset tutustumaan kuuluisaan Ka Milo -huvipuistoon, joka sijaitsee vain kadun varrella huvilasta. Kahden hehtaarin nautintoa, johon kuuluu sylissä oleva allas, toinen "laguuni-tyyli" -allas, 2 kuumaa porealtaat, ilmastoitu kuntokeskus ja katettu paviljonki-piknik-alue. Vieraamme saavat myös pääsyn yksinoikeuteen Mauna Lani Beach Club. Klubissa on oma pysäköintialue, lepotuolit, kylpyhuoneet, pieni ravintola, jossa asiakkaat voivat ostaa ruokaa ja juomia sekä surffausmökki, jossa voi vuokrata mönkijälevyjä ja muita laitteita. What a great home! We loved the location and it was a perfect size for our family. Having the private pool was a plus! The neighborhood has a couple of pools as well but we liked having one all to ourselves. Took advantage of the workout room which was a super short walk from the home. Also loved the backyard view. Just lovely. Resort beach was nice but there are also a few public beaches nearby which were also nice! Great location. We loved every minute.

I was in awe of the actual home and the space that it is. The pool was well used and we all absolutely didn't want to leave!! There was definitely some cleaning that could have been done before our arrival but it didn't deter the fun we had!! Any issues we had were taken care of by the property manager by the next day.

Absolutely Perfect

We had everything we could possibly need with the property. My 80yr old mother in law loved the hot tub while the rest of us played in the pool. Plenty of room and space and everyone had their own bathroom. Very close to restaurants and grocery store, beaches, snorkeling, everything! There was nothing left to need/want!

Rest & Relaxation on the Big Island

We stayed 5 nights and having a condo was great. Did not expect having a private pool in the backyard would be that great since there’s another pool for everyone just steps away. But we spent. Lot of time relaxing in the backyard.

Great location

This unit in KaMilo is well located close to the central pool. Communication with the property management company was excellent. They were very professional and always available. The house has so much potential, but you can tell that the owners will not put any money into the house. The furniture, mattresses, TV’s, linens, towels, water toys, chairs, hot tub coating, (you name it) etc…. are all way past their useful lives. In short, I’d say excellent potential, but we would never rent this unit again due to the conditions on the interior.

We loved the property, location was great, view was great. It was really nice to have a house and pool all to our selves. The way the bedrooms are set up, is great, they are spaced out so you don't run into each other. The few thing's that bothered me, were the hot tub didn't work, I called management and no one called back, there were two light fixtures just barely hanging on, and it wasn't very clean. These were all things we worked around as we were really busy doing stuff. Other than thise few things, we had a great time.

We have stayed at this property more than once. It meets our needs, is quiet, the pool is a nice plus and the view of the golf course from the lanai is a nice way to wake up in the morning for a sit and cup of coffee and the same in the evening with a glass of wine. Paradise!

NEEDS UPDATING

This is our fourth rental in this area over the years. This is by far the worst that we have ever stayed in. This property desperately needs some attention. We stayed here for three weeks. The knives look like someone had taken them and tried to cut a piece of metal. The pots and pans didn’t set flat on the stove top. The stove top only heats the front two burners well enough to be used. All of the chairs around the table and around the bar are old with no cushion left so you just fill the rim of the chair when you sit on them. The sofa and loveseat upstairs are horribly old and uncomfortable. All three of the mattresses need to be replaced they are terribly uncomfortable we even attempted to rotate the mattresses, but it’s obvious that they’ve been rotated before and they’re worn out. The bedding including sheets are mismatched and old. The swimming pool probably needed to be resurfaced years ago. All of the baseboards are dirty and to be honest, the whole thing needs to be painted. The televisions are almost impossible to figure out. They’re so old and need to be replaced with a master remote. The patio door upstairs is broken beyond repair and needs to be replaced. The tub and sink in the guest room down stairs were plugged when we arrived. Management and location was the only thing this home had going for it. Korby was extremely responsive and helped with getting the plumber, locksmith and exterminator out. He was instrumental in getting us new knives and pans.

Kamilo 205

We have stayed in Kamilo several times over the years. We love the location and setting. The pool at this home is lovely, view over golf course and distant ocean is beautiful and the site is very private. The property manager was very helpful when the freezer died. That being said. the furniture upstairs was very dated and uncomfortable and the kitchen very sparsely outfitted. Beds were comfortable but new pillows are a must!

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

I've been to Kona many times, and this is one of my favorite neighborhoods to stay in. This home is so beautiful with plenty of space, and full of amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and having so many bathrooms was fantastic. Whatever your plans are while visiting, you are in the perfect spot in this home. Grocery store right down the street, Tommy Bahama Restaurant (amazing!), beaches, plenty of places to go running and biking, endless things to do here!

Great Stay and Great Location!

We just returned from a week long stay at Ka Milo 205. What a great house. It he everything you need and more. Korby, the project manager was great to work with and very responsive. The house is in great shape and really provided a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again. One additional note, we did rent a golf cart and found it extremely beneficial to access the entire Mauna Lani resort vs always needing a car.

The property is amazing. Gorgeous sunsets watching the sun disappear into the ocean. Private pool and hot tub a huge plus. Access to private beach club and black sand beach had incredible snorkeling and swimming opportunities. Can’t say enough. Plan on returning and this is where we want to stay. Thank you!
