A positive experience.

Basic chain hotel. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was provided including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, assorted pastries, fruit, cereal, juice, etc.

When we checked in the rooms were filthy and literally had empty corona bottles and toothpicks on the floor. We were able to switch rooms and the second room was nasty as well. The entire hotel smelled terrible and was overpriced for what we got. I do not recommend.

Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. On older property but decently maintained, reasonable price. No hot tub and very small pool. Breakfast does include eggs, sausage and the popular waffles. In spite of a football game in town with extra guests and a room next to the elevator we never noticed any noise.

Our room was not clean, it was a very terrible experience for my fiancée. We were in town for 2 nights, the online pictures were fine, so I booked it. Well, our room wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned prior to arrival. Feet stuck to the floors throughout the hotel, hadn’t been vacuumed(hallways) and the room was even worse. Luckily we booked a room downtown at a Hampton. I am suppose to be getting a refund for these two nights but have yet to see it, that’s the only reason I’m I’m not leaving a very bad review on every site I can find on the internet.

Nami I think was the young man that assisted us at check in. He was very professional and friendly. I was surprised that the shampoo and conditioner plus the hand creme was hanging in the shower in large bottles rather than the small containers I was used to seeing.
