As soon as you get out of car you get slammed to the ground with the smell of pot. It’s also not mentioned anywhere I noticed that this hotel try’s to charge on your card an extra $100 deposit. Or you can do it in cash and get it right back at check out. Sorry but our next trip to Kansas City area I will stay little farther out at Whiteman AFB and be able to pass a drug test without just the contact high. Plus there where people right up against building late at night smoking and talking being load, then slamming doors at 0615 in the morning. The bath tub had a reddish stain in bottom of it

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was disappointing as there wasn't much to choose from. We chose a room with a Jacuzzi in it and we're looking forward to using it, but it ended up being more like a hot bath. The controls for the jets didn't work so there was only one setting and we could barely feel them. Also, my boyfriend almost got stuck in the bathroom as the door latch didn't work properly from either side of the door. He used his pocket knife to push the locking mechanism in so he could exit. We thought the lock was broken at first, but it wasn't.

Refrigerator in 130 had black mold in it. The refrigerator and 211 had water in the drawer of the staff called me and was smart with me saying I didn't report that I had a dog and I did because they took 2 days charge which was $50 but they said I never said it. So how did they charge me if I didn't say I have a pet? The guy that checked us in told me he did tell me that pets couldn't be up on second floor but he didn't. He said where would the dog be staying? I said mine and my husband's room which was 211. He says we don't allow pets up there and I wrote it on the card I didn't eat any breakfast because I was so mad the way they treated us

Just overall not very clean, smelled like smoke, me and my family left a day early and the front desk ppl wouldn’t even consider giving a partial refund. There is no elevator and dimly lit parking lot, the whole place smelled weird and generally looked dated.
