Our large penthouse was recently extensively renovated and welcomes you with a modern and fresh design.

The location is excellent:
The penthouse is situated in a quiet and green environment, yet offers quick access to the city center. Public transport is just a few minutes' walk away, making exploring the city very convenient. You will find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Additionally, the surrounding parks and green spaces offer ideal opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities our penthouse has to offer.

The apartment features 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed. A large Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ is available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer, and everything you need.

The 2 bathrooms each have a shower, and there is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essential items such as shower gel and shampoo.
