Convenient and adequate but could use some repair

Our stay was satisfactory. Several room problems which were as follows: floor lamp that developed a short and quit working, too little light available (one bulb in floor lamp built to use 3 or 4 bulbs); TV unit faulty with wide white line blocking out part of screen; back falling off wardrobe; one broken leg on one of the single beds but it seemed stable enough and did not cause a comfort problem; slightly inconvenient having main desk for check-in/out a few doors up the street from the actual hotel rooms.
