This apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed and a bathroom with all hygiene items. Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay here. And thanks to the windows in the apartment, arranged in such a way that the sun reaches the apartment constantly, the rooms are always full of natural light, which will never make you feel gloomy.

The apartment is just a few meters from the most popular fast-food restaurant "McDonald's". The location of this apartment will not allow you to miss the hustle and bustle of the city, while also allowing you to observe such a busy life from the side. Also, the apartment is located near the old town. The surroundings are full of the history of the city of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, so every visit to the neighbourhood of this apartment will not disappoint you.

Here you will find everything: beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, regular grocery stores, restaurants and cafes of all countries, bars, and places serving nightlife lovers. After taking a few steps from the apartments, you will find yourself on the impressively beautiful Nemunas embankment.

As for the lovers of history, you can also visit attractions within easy reach, such as Laisvės Avenue, the historical presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the town hall, Kaunas Castle, Santaka Park and many other places.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your own transport, you will find more than one gas station in the center of Kaunas. You can also always park your transport in nearby paid parking lots.

The apartment is on the second floor, and getting to the apartment does require climbing stairs.

No parties or gatherings
The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
All guests must upload their data to the local authorities in accordance with the law of tourism in Lithuania
