We didn’t spend much time at this hotel because it was a short trip and jammed with activities. Our stay was excellent. The hotel is immaculately kept. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and the coffee was hot. The breakfast area was kept very clean. The pool was a nice temperature and pool area very clean as well. The beds were cozy. We were shocked at how quiet this hotel was considering its proximity to the 407. There was next to no traffic noise.

the hotel is pretty nice. the front desk ladies are lack of basic attitude of service: when there are more than one customers, they totally don't get how to deal with more than one. they will spend significant amount of time with one customer, without even greeting or briefly acknowledge their being aware of the next customer who has been standing there waiting...
