The ladies at the from desk like Julianna & Etra are awesome!!! The hot breakfast bar was amazing & Norma (the breakfast lady) is so sweet & kind! It goes till 10 but they don’t start clearing if people are still coming in. ALL the staff is so friendly & helpful!!! Evan the maintenance guy, Tony was so helpful & kind! We will definitely go back!!!

This was our first time here. The location is great easy In and out if you feel the need to leave the resort. It's absolutely beautiful with abundant wildlife around the area. The sunsets are absolutely stunning. Very clean and excellent staff that cares about their customers. The continental breakfast is also top notch. I highly recommend and we will be back.

The hotel check-in was wonderful. The staff was very nice and warm. She explained everything and gave me the snacks and drinks, and showed me dining options in the area. The beach was quiet and clean. We snorkeled and saw lots of fish.

The pool area, bar, beach and gym were great here. We also appreciated the convenience of the buffet breakfast, which had several options to choose from. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The rooms themselves were dated and didn't feel very clean. We did have a large cockroach in our room one night, which I understand is more common in this region, but it would keep me from coming back to this particular hotel.

The Hampton inn in Key Largo, was a fairly good stay. They had an outdoor tiki bar( that looked nice) but was closed( permanently?). The rooms were being renovated. The pool and beach(bayside) were nice. Not too bad, for an older property. Nothing was walkable for food or services.
