Ones you enter the property through your private entrance you would be captivated by its modern clean design. First floor has open floor plan living room, dining room and chefs kitchen. Comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV will help you relax after all day playing. A full size bathroom and a walk-in closet are also located on the first floor. Tastefully decorated 2 bedrooms are at the second floor and have a Queen and a Full-size bed. Second half bathroom is on the second floor. Plush towels and high -end linens are provided for our most discerning guests. 

For those who love to entertain and cook, we offer fully equipped Chefs kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quarts countertop, and a dining table.

Top 3 LIKES: 1 Location, cant go wrong with anything on Duval, central to everthing Key West has to offer. 2 Security and cleanliness. Our apartment was gated and inside spotless and well stocked with necessities. 3 Parking is at a premium in town and we had a private lot with easy access in and out. Scooter rental nearby we took advantage of. Biggest complaint was the 2 living room couches were horribly uncomfortable. We had to put pillows on them just to be able to sit on them. Mattresses could use a much needed update also. And finally the living room tv did not work. We called rental manager, then texted rental manager Hanna with our concerns and no response. None of this ruined our stay, we had a great time in Key West but i wouldn't book this place again.

Kitchen was well equipped. Futon was lumpy but better as a bed. Great location. Balcony overlooked Duval. Owner responded quickly when I reached out. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely not luxury as listed. It is great for location. Needs to be upgraded. couches lumpy could feel every spring-could not sleep on them so only 2 beds as options. both bedroom door handles falling off and shower leaking. never set our apartment code, so number in text didn't work. gate code worked but who knows how many others could have accessed our place. TV didn't work unless you had your own direct TV account. Greased front railing-with no sign to warn guests.

We had a wonderful stay. Rented bikes the block over to go to and from Mallory Square and other main areas of Key West. Lots of room for family of 4. Clean and comfortable.

Friends Getaway

Great property in a fantastic location. Perfect for getting around to all the must see places. We had a golf cart, and there was even dedicated parking for that. Enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony people watching. Host was very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely book again!

Great 3 night stay

Excellent location, very clean and tastefully decorated. Easy check in. 4 adults so plenty of room. Bedrooms upstairs, mattresses are not very comfy but for a couple nights its fine. Just watch your head with the sloped ceilings!

Great location, clean, all you need

The apartment was in a great location right on Duvsl. Very clean. Kitchen had full size appliances but not a dishwasher. The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building so some stairs to navigate. We enjoyed early morning coffe and late night wine on the front porch overlooking Duval. Great people watching.
