Welcome! This beautiful cottage (sleeps 6) is located in the Coconut Mallory Resort & Marina on the eastern end of Key West. This secluded, waterfront oasis includes outdoor pools, hot tub, on-site marina and boat dock. There's also a new bar & grill, Gumbo's, in the resort. When you want to get out and explore KW, you're only minutes from beaches, the Seaport and world famous Duval Street! Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and golf carts can be rented locally. Remember to bring your shades, flip flops, sunblock and bug repellant!

I'm an experienced super host with a handful of rentals and I expect you'll be delighted with the cleanliness and amenities provided at this Poolside Cottage.

There is one dedicated parking space for #411

Boat slip or trailer parking is not included, but guests can reserve a boat slip and trailer parking through Coconut Mallory Resort in advance and for a fee. They are both generally available, though we highly recommend booking as soon as you book the cottage.

Regarding reservations: all guests have an option of paying a $59 fee that is non-refundable (it covers us in case of damage) OR you can pay a $1500 deposit that IS 100% refundable, assuming there's no damage.

By reserving the Poolside Cottage, you acknowledge and agree to our Rental Agreement & Release of Liability, which can be found under the Rental Agreement section of this listing. We’ve included this just to keep everything clear and safe, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your tropical getaway.
