THE PROPERTY: Three Arches in Paradise is where your holiday begins! Passing through the wrought iron gate, you will be wowed by the completely renovated historic home’s arched facade, stunning hardscape, orchids, Bougainvillea, and tropical foliage. Entering the shadow box lined foyer is a primary ensuite bedroom on the left and an ensuite guest bedroom on the right. Each is adorned with natural light, luxury linens, nightstands, Smart TVs, and generous closets. The primary BR has a private deck, a desk and its bath has backlit marble with double vessel sinks, champagne gold fixtures, a chandelier, a tiled, walk in shower, separate soaking tub, and a water closet. One of the two outdoor showers is located outside the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom’s bath has a large trough-style double vanity, toilet, and tiled, walk-in shower.

Down the hall is a convenient, beautifully appointed half bath and a separate whimsical space for the washer/dryer. Through another arch is an open concept gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room. White cabinets, high-end stainless steel appliances, a pot filler, and an abundance of counter space will delight the chef in your group. An expandable dining table and a large, quartzite kitchen island with additional seating for 5 allows for easy conversation and meals with friends. The living room is spaciously designed with a custom built-in wall unit, Smart TV, and banquette for puzzles or playing games.

Several glass pocket doors lead to the backyard paradise. Here you will find a crystal blue pool with built-in benches, water feature and a convenient outdoor shower. Three architectural arches surround the covered area with full outdoor kitchen and bar, Smart TV, dining area, and additional seating. Lounge by the pool or nap in the shade~ either is a great option.

A third ensuite bedroom is located across the deck, in the rear of the property, making it ideal for friends or in-laws. It includes nightstands, closet, mini-split unit, Smart Frame TV, and a desk/work space. The full bath has a marble vanity with double sinks and an exquisite, tiled walk-in rainfall shower. French doors provide exclusive access to the pool area.

This brand new home is impeccably decorated with high-end finishes, designer wallpaper and a soft coastal color palette that blends the rooms together seamlessly. BED CONFIGURATION: There are two king beds and two twin beds that may be converted to a king bed.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The tropical outdoor oasis has a full outdoor kitchen and living area, seating, bar, and Smart TV. A private pool with built-in benches, water feature, loungers, and two outdoor showers. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking.

PARKING: There is one designated parking space, with space for scooters or bicycles with a bike rack.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, just South of Truman Avenue and just 4 blocks from Duval Street. You can walk to Higgs Beach and White Street Pier as well as coffee shops and restaurants.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly (If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that are pet friendly).

SMOKING: This is a COMPLETELY non-smoking home and property. Additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is detected.
