**HOUSE RULES**

-No Parties/Events
-No loud outdoor noise after 9pm / before 9am, please be respectful of our neighbors
-No Diving into Pool or off of Dock, there is no lifeguard on duty
-No sand in the pool. This could cause expensive damage to the filter. Please use wash bin for feet before entering the pool when coming from beach
-Please do not leave doors to outside open to avoid letting in insects and to preserve A/C
-Additional house rules may apply and will be provided prior to booking check-in date or by request


It is important to note that water depths and tides may vary in the area surrounding the property. Prior to booking, please consider and verify whether water depths are suitable for your needs. While we are happy to provide answers based on our knowledge of the area, please use extreme caution when boating and use the dock at your own risk. We only allow one docked boat per booking. We can also arrange for an offsite dock for additional boats with access to deeper waters in conjunction with this booking, subject to availability and appropriate fees.
