We just returned home from a very enjoyable stay at Zen Villa during the month of March. From our initial interaction with Damian, the property manager, in early February of 2025, to our departure on March 31, everything was wonderful. Damian could not have been more accessible, friendly or accommodating for all our needs, requests and concerns. He really set the tone for the entire experience being so positive. The house itself is so much more than we hoped for. Located just down the block from the Green Parrot, but tucked off on a quiet little side street, the house was spacious, bright and airy, beautifully decorated, very clean and extremely well appointed. There are three large bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, plenty of towels and linens and comfortable beds. Along with a fourth bathroom, there are two very comfortable sitting areas on the first floor, along with a dining area and a lovely kitchen with high end appliance (Sub Zero fridge and six burner gas cooktop) and ample counter and cabinet space. The two outdoor areas, though, are what really set this property apart. Off one of the sitting areas on the first floor is a beautiful patio with pool, soothing water feature, plenty of chairs and loungers and lovely vegetation making it a special little retreat. Upstairs, off the two bedrooms is a very large outdoor space, complete with a semi circular lounge area where you can almost see Duval Street you are so close, but you feel worlds away. Zen Villa is awesome!
