Enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautifully fully renovated and modern bungalow located in the peaceful village of Kiti, just 10 minutes from Larnaca International Airport and about 15 minutes from Larnaca city center.
The house offers 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Recently fully renovated, the house combines modern style with a warm and cozy atmosphere, creating the perfect place to relax.
The location is very convenient, with supermarkets, kiosks, pharmacies, restaurants, and cafes all nearby. Guests can enjoy the calm village environment while still being close to the city, beaches, and the airport.
TelMar Kiti Escape House is the perfect place to relax and feel at home while exploring Larnaca and the surrounding areas of Cyprus.
Cleaning Before Check-Out:
Guests are kindly asked to leave the property tidy before check-out. Wash used dishes, take out trash, and return furniture/items to their original places.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Guests & Visitors:
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight.
Friends or visitors are allowed to visit, but overnight stays are not permitted.
No Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
No Parties:
Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
Respect Neighbors:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors.
Damages & Lost Keys:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and must cover repair or replacement costs.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a fee for a locksmith to replace or repair the lock.
