The approx. 60 sqm large, centrally heated non-smoking holiday home has a living room (upholstered furniture, armchair, flat screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) both completely renovated in 2021, two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed, insect screens on the windows) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a furnished, covered terrace (smoking is permitted here), barbecue, car park and WiFi.



Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. Please indicate your intention to rent when booking.
