This apartment (170 sqm) is located on the ground floor of a house with a total of three holiday apartments and accommodates up to 12 people. It has five bedrooms: two with three single beds each and three with two single beds each. There are two shower bathrooms, a guest WC, two shared living rooms, a private terrace, a large eat-in kitchen, and a utility room with direct access to the communal garden area with barbecue.



The living area consists of two rooms, one of which provides access to the furnished terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, extra-large ceramic hob, extractor hood, large and small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and ample crockery. The large dining table in the kitchen seats 8-10 people; if needed, an additional table with chairs can be added. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with an extra fridge, iron, and ironing board.



In the basement of the house, a washing machine is available for communal use. The large garden with lawn, terrace with dining area, and fixed barbecue is available to all guests. Parking on the property is available upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. All apartments are non-smoking. Bringing a dog is allowed on request and for an extra fee.
