When we checked in, we could only check in for 1 night, but we booked 3 nights. Had to go to front desk on second day and recheck in! I don’t think bathroom shower was cleaned. Tube of product from previous customer was in shower, as well as long brown hair!

In the first room we were given the shower overflowed and the bathroom flooded. We were moved to a second room that we found out when returned that night had no heat. The temperature in the room dropped to 62 degrees since it was minus 4 outside that night.

Overall this hotel is amazing, great staff and location , nice furnishings ( amazing bed and pillows). I love a hotel that uses the refillable shower supplies instead of the single use tiny bottles that end up in the garbage. My only fault was the cleanliness of the floor of the bathroom, it needed to be swept ( behind the door there was hair) and mopped.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And I travel often for work. Holes in the walls, patched up drywall, stains everywhere, torn carpet Holes in the couch. Just garbage!!
