VILLA VIGORA - KORCULA ISLAND

Located in the north-east of the beautiful island of Korcula, Villa Vigora is a luxury waterfront villa with a villa manager, private swimming pool and direct sea access. The villa is just 5 km from the historic town of Korcula, where you can find numerous cafés, and restaurants, galleries, and an open-air cinema, as well as many buildings and monuments. It is conveniently located for exploring other parts of the island and the direct sea access allows you to take paddle boards and canoes out or to sunbathe on deck chairs overlooking the bay.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with floor to ceiling glass windows and beautiful views over the bay and the Peljesac peninsula. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area (with sofas and chairs), a TV area (with sofa and TV), a dining area (with table seating 8) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with island and stools). Also on this level, there is a self-contained gym with a sauna and shower room.

On the middle floor, you will find two double/twin bedrooms (with two single beds that can be pushed together) which open onto a comfortably furnished, partially shaded terrace.

On the entrance level, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) which open onto a large balcony with stunning views.

All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - two with a bath and separate showers and two with a shower.

Outside, you will find an infinity pool (32 sqm; in use when the villa is available for booking) and below the pool area, a sunbathing area (with deck chairs) and direct sea access. The villa also has a mooring for visiting boats and a boat skipper can be hired daily, to take you to other islands on the Dalmatian coast.
