The property features a heated private outdoor pool and is situated in a quiet, sunny position with stunning views of the Kvarner Gulf. It is ideal for friends and families who want to explore this beautiful coastline and the unspoiled countryside away from the sea.

The pool is located at the front of the villa, surrounded by a pretty terrace furnished with sun loungers, an elegant sofa and armchairs, with a large parasol. Double glass doors lead into the open-plan living area, stylishly furnished with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV and coffee table. The circular dining table seats 4 people and is next to the newly fitted kitchen. The open kitchen is separated from the dining area by a half-wall and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, raclette, fondue and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and storage space.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

Location
On the hillside looking out over the sea, the villa is not far from many of the activities on the coast. There are water sports available nearby, including scuba diving (Kostrena Diving Centre, 5-minute drive), snorkelling, cruises and jet ski hire, as well as stunning hiking paths along the coast and in the hills inland. This stretch of coast is known for its beautiful beaches. Kostrena Beach is just 8 minutes by car. Zurkovo Beach (5 minutes) has several cafés and restaurants as well as a lively marina.

The charming port of Bakar (15 minutes) is one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic. There are festivals throughout the year, the best known being Margareta’s Summer, which runs for 40 days from late June to early August. The town comes alive with cultural events and performances.

Rijeka (15 minutes) is Croatia’s main port and makes a fascinating day trip or evening out.
For self-catering, Rjeka’s market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find the very best local produce to prepare and enjoy back at home.

Rijeka International Airport is just 30 minutes away, over the Krk bridge.
