A few steps down, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds that can be easily converted into a double bed.
The first-floor attic features a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds, offering flexibility for families or groups.
The entire house is air-conditioned with two AC units—one in the living room and one upstairs in the large bedroom—ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.

- Saltwater pool is available to all guests of the property, with the heating season running from May 1st to October 1st. Outside of the heating season, the unheated pool is still available for guest use.
