The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and terrace.

Krk, district Krk. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to mid-October, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
