Our apartment offers a place of sleep and retreat in Künzell, a core and suburb of the city of Fulda. The apartment is located in our well-kept, detached private house. Here you are in the thick of things and yet it lives very quietly. You have your own area and privacy, like at home. On shots of the exterior is omitted to protect privacy. Consisting of a room, with a small integrated kitchen area and a small bathroom, spread over approximately 21m² of living space can accommodate up to two people. Since we had to set the shower higher for technical reasons, the tenants should in no case be larger than 185 cm, because here too there may be smaller restrictions z. B. when Duchen it may be that the head must be fed something.

The place attracts with a miniature golf course (about 300m away), the Takka Tukka country (indoor adventure playground for children in about 1km away), but also with Welnessangeboten as the pool park Seven World Spa Resort, which is directly opposite the Takka Tukka Country is located. This invites you to sauna and relax.
Künzell also has a lot to offer for the physical well-being. Numerous restaurants and ice cream parlors can be found in our surroundings just a few hundred meters away.
Visit us in a direct neighboring community Fuldas from which you can reach by bus and train not only the city, but also the Rhön. There is even a direct bus service to Hesse's highest mountain, the Wasserkuppe with gliders, restaurants, summer toboggan run and co, which towers at an altitude of 950m above all. The extremely central location of the apartment offers the advantage to lie in the middle of two bus stops, which are both located about 300m away.
The Bavarian Rhön is not far away either. This also creates the opportunity to stop by and have a nice day. B. on the Kreuzberg (about 45km distance) to spend.
In the monastery located here, the monks traditionally brew their own beer, which you can of course buy and consume there. There are also numerous souvenir shops and a playground. Thus, the monastery Kreuzberg fun for the whole family.
The city of Fulda itself is about 4.5km away and attracts with its beautiful old town, the cathedral, city palace and castle garden and much more .. She also wades with indoor and outdoor pools, museums, parties and a zoo.
The Vogelsberg is best reached by car. This is located, as well as the Rhön, about 20km away. Both low mountain ranges are framed by beautiful villages and small towns (Rhön: Tann, Gersfeld etc, Vogelsberg: Schlitz, Lauterbach) and offer space to discover old and well-preserved buildings. There are also many opportunities for passionate hikers and cyclists, as well as motorcyclists.
The offered apartment has about 21m² of living space consisting of a room, with integrated kitchen area and a small bathroom. It is located in the basement of a residential building and offers firm sleeping place for 2 persons.
It should be mentioned here again that we had to put the shower in this room higher, so this apartment for tall people over 1.85m is not suitable, also here it can come to smaller restrictions.
The room has two beds (0.9x2m), and two bedside tables, a TV (satellite TV, 19 inches 48cm), a table (is partly used for various kitchen appliances, but there is enough space to eat, etc.) with 2 Chairs and a chest of drawers. The two beds can of course be put together or pushed apart. You decide, or make yourself as it is most comfortable. The apartment is covered with Wi-Fi.
In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay. A variety of dishes can be prepared with 2 hotplates, an electric kettle, toaster, pizza pan and microwave. Of course, found in the cabinets there are all sorts of kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, cutlery, pasta sieve u. V. M.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Above the sink is a mirror cabinet for your bathroom utensils.
The occupancy of the apartment is entirely up to you, whether you are traveling alone or as a couple, the price refers to the apartment and thus remains the same. For the 2 listed sleeping places is available for free per set of towels (1 bath towel, 2 towels) including bed linen (naturally reared) available. If you need more for your stay, we ask you to bring the laundry.
Payment is either in advance by bank transfer, but no later than on the day of arrival in cash.
Arrival is possible from 14 o'clock.
On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10 am at the latest.
Pets are not allowed and are not allowed in the apartment.
