The toilet isn’t clean. It has stains on it ~ it’s rare to see this in Japan as almost every hotel cleans the toilets thoroughly

Our stay is above expectations. Room size is good. Beds are comfortable. Location is good, with easy access to local tram and walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. Very close to Ginza shopping arcade. Breakfast was very good as well. Will definitely stay here again.
