Clean room, good amenities in the room, everything was convenient. Staff are very nice and helpful and easy to call for help. Great location since it’s next to Kyoto station and multiple buses stop nearby.

The hotel location is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing every day, like fresh flowers. Attention to detail was very good. Would stay in this every time if in the area.
