This hotel is premium! The room I stayed in was spotless. Lots of care was put in the design of the room. Although it’s on the smaller side, it’s clean and modern. Top notch service once I found the right Monday Kyoto Station location. Be careful when searching as there are two on the same street on opposite ends.

Excellent place to stay in Kyoto

This hotel was fantastic! I was impressed by how efficiently the room's space was utilized. It came equipped with all the necessary appliances for our stay, including a washing machine, dryer, full-sized refrigerator, hot plates, and a microwave. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, although we chose to enjoy the wonderful restaurants nearby for dinner. While the room is small by Australian standards, it suited our needs perfectly. The location was excellent, with easy access to buses and just a short walk to the railway station. Getting to the tourist attractions was a breeze, and we even rented bikes to enjoy a lovely ride to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest.

The property is right across from a beautiful temple. The room was clean and spacious. The mattresses were quite firm but that is to be expected with most Japanese hotels. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Family friendly hotel with appreciated amenities

Very nice facility at a convenient location in Kyoto. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the clothes washer in the room. This was especially nice and our clothes were cleaned while we were visiting the city. Thank you for the excellent accommodations!

This hotel was great. The room we stayed in was a decent size for our family of 4 (we had 2 teenagers travelling with us). Our only 2 small complaints about our room was... 1) Lack of storage. We stayed for 6 nights, so we definitely needed a cabinet, closet, drawers & organization... especially when we are trying to live out of suitcases. 2) Beds & pillows were pretty hard. Overall, great stay though. The staff were absolutely wonderful & having a washing machine in the room was a huge bonus for us. The shower pressure was great too!

This Hotel was amazing, one of the best Hotel stays I have ever experienced. The communication was amazing, the rooms were like mini apartments and the level of care felt like I was staying with family. I will definitely be returning here on our next trip !

Quaint, reminded me of a boutique hotel. Rooms were quiet, I never heard another room or anyone outside in the hallways. Spacious, yet cozy and perfect for our family of four. The staff was super friendly, so mich so that when they leanred that we were heading to Nara to celebrate a birthday they wrote our daughter a birthday letter, just a personal and sweet touch that was amazing to receive when we came back. Fairly priced too. The washer/dryer combo is small and took at least two cycles to dry, so plan accordingly. The location is about 12 minutes from the station but there is an amazing temple next door and so many wonderful things to do on the way. The Aeon mall was also easily reachable as well as at least 1 other temple that were we able to do. Aquarium also super close. Just a great place to stay, hope we don't have to wait too long to come back!!!

We really loved it. Super spacious, very friendly staff. Room came with kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. The only negatives was the washer dryer was difficult to use (takes a long time to dry, and can only do very small loads), but it washes fine if you air dry and there was a laundromat across the street. The shower head settings are a bit wonky too. Overall though, we loved it and would stay here again!

It is a good size for Japanese hotels with a washer and dryer unit in a room. The neighborhood is ok. Walking to Kyoto station is a little hustle, but bus stops are nearby.
