Great location, quality of service and amenities, and overall experience. The bakery in the lobby for breakfast sandwiches and other quick bites is a plus. Rooftop for happy hour / sunset drinks then to the first floor restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. A 10 minute drive from the Kyoto Station and walkable to many tourist attractions.

This hotel was me and my wife’s favorite during our most recent Japan trip. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We took Ada rage if their free bus service to Kyoto station after we checked out. The closest train station was a bit of a walk but not too bad. About 7 mins. Loved the big tv that was compatible with our Netflix and YouTube. Also, the bakery was amazing as well as the rooftop bar. The gym was small but nice and clean. Was still able to get a good workout in. Shower was great. Room was great and big for a Japan hotel. Nice and quiet area that is still close to the konbinis. When we go back to Kyoto we will definitely be staying here again.

Best views, perfect location, INCREDIBLE shower, and the breakfast buffet it absolutely worth doing at least one day - even if you want to eat breakfast elsewhere - their pastries are best in class and some of the best we’ve tried anywhere in Japan. Try the coconut mochi or creme brulee donut. Do NOT miss the bakery seaweed bread - that also it blew me away. Really thoughtful, tasteful curation of music, entertainment, and vibes. Trendy & cool locals stay here so you know it’s the real deal. Rooftop is very LA but if you’re into that it’s also a great treat for sunset!

Such a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Great hygge vibe. Calm, clean, trendy place. Great location. Highly recommend.
