We love this hotel and we highly recommend it. It’s clean and comfortable. Location is great, just a few minutes from subway station and bus stop. Plenty of places to shop and eat. Great hotel.

Overall our stay here was fine. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. There were a few quirks that given the price of this hotel we found strange. For example: they only gave us a breakfast voucher for one person (even though we booked a stay for two) and never changed our sheets or linens “to save water” but it was annoying.

I picked this hotel because of its location to the main tourist attractions but it was still tucked away enough where there was no loud noises at night. One of the other reasons I liked the property was the bike rentals, via third party, we were able to use them one afternoon to go around the river bank that is only a 5 minute ride away.

Krásný hotel, na klidnem místě v docházkové vzdálenosti na metro a k Nishiki Market. Nejpohodlnější postele a polštáře co jsme za posledni dobu cestovani zažili. Manžel nechtěl vůbec vstávat;)

Such a clean and quiet hotel. The service was excellent and it was such a beautiful hotel on its own! Definitely recommend for tourists. It’s also a 15 min walk to near by attractions.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for an overall experience. It was an excellent value and felt quite luxurious. The rooms are small but modern and all fixtures including the shower are most modern and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The pyjamas are also a wonderful and comfortable touch!

I loved the Sony tv where we can use our usb to watch movies and shows at our comfort. The bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. Toilet paper was no very comfortable. Having an in-room laundry machine that can wash and dry was very convenient and a luxury to have. Excellent staff. Free water bottle daily is amazing! Awesome kitchen pots and pans. Overall 10/10 hotel. Will definitely come back.

Everything great, just skip the breakfast

Loved everything but the breakfast was not very good, so we ended up going out every morning. I wish I didn’t pay extra for it. Pajamas were so nice though, had to buy some to take home 😄

Great hotel! Friendly staff at the front desk who I felt did everything they could to help with our plans and be supportive. Nice decor and great amenities (free tea, coffee and soft drinks in reception). The room was spacious by Japan standards and hosted two very comfortable large single beds, some of the nicest I experienced. Bathroom clean and spacious as well. Great location, in a quiet but charming area of Kyoto and within a few minutes walk of some nice shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay again!
