They were able to accept luggage shipments but unable to help w shipping them—the closest kombini was 10 mins walk so we had to lug all of our suitcases there when we checked out. Otherwise the rooms were pretty comfortable with large common spaces, slightly dated and some had slight odors. They do have a communal coin laundry room which is always busy and packed but a good addition given most rooms (if equipped), only have a washer without an actual full drying function

Spacious room but needs to improve the clean

The room is spacious however not in a good clean condition, the under bed and the sofa area don’t seem to be cleaned for a long period. We booked 6-night stay and the hotel only has the self service for the towel exchanging and the garbage disposal at the front desk, which is not quite convenient. The kitchenette and utensils are great assets for the long stay. Location wise is okay if 10-15 minutes walking is not a problem, overall I would give 3-3.5 out of 5 mainly due to the clean condition.

Great stay

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. The room was very spacious, had a kitchenet and even a washer machine. Everything was very clean. Hotel check in and out was very easy. Furthermore, they were able to hold our bags for us after checkout before we had to leave town.

Pleasant stay outside the main areas of Kyoto.

The hotel room was very large and fairly clean however it could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom is very impressive - best shower I’ve had in a hotel. I would prefer a place that offers housekeeping however I knew that going into it. The roof top was lovely. It’s quite fair from the main areas of Kyoto but was closely connected by train (10 min walk to station). Very close to Fushi Inari.

Very nice property. My group was made up of 4 girls with 5 suit cases and 4 carry ons. The room was a great size, fit us comfortably and very affordable to our pockets. The hotel received luggage transfers but they do not send luggage but there is a store 10 minutes away near the train station that does. The girls at the front desk helped me fill out the papers to send off my luggage and that helped allot. Would book again.
