Room was spacious, clean, beautiful and stocked well with bathroom amenities. The pajamas provided were comfortable and the room thermostat can be easily adjusted. The hotel itself is beautiful with the guest lounge providing a bathhouse (men and women separate with the women’s bath requiring a code for entry), a fitness room and a snack room with drinks, cookies and popsicle sticks, which I enjoyed after the bath. There is also a laundry room. Hotel restaurant served a wonderful breakfast with Asian and Western offerings and the lunch/dinner/drinks menu had decent selections. We got to the hotel a few hours before check in and staff has kindly allowed us to check in early with our bags (shipped the day before) already waiting for us in the room. Most importantly, the staff was amazing, efficient and kind. We were always greeted warmly when leaving and entering the hotel and both check in/check out was a breeze.

The single most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at… and we travel a lot! The staff were incredible. Everything was so clean and classy. Anytime we come to Kyoto, we will only be staying here.

The Blossom Kyoto is an excellent choice to stay in Kyoto. The hotel amenities including the stateroom drip coffee, tea choices, the lounge (with beverages and snacks) are all thoughtful. The hotel onsen is a nice amenity I love to visit every night after a tired walking day! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The laundry comes in handy as well. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Love the shower, firm pressure. Rooms were clean, and amenities were nice. My only wish is that they would make the bed when they come in. They clean the room every 3 days, but they come in and do a light touch-up daily, and I wish they would make the bed on those days.

Great place for my 5 day stay in Kyoto as a base. Laundry facilities were so convenient! Food at the restaurant was very delicious. Service was very professional and helpful. Hotel entrance is so beautiful! Bedding was comfy and cozy. Room temperature was not allowed to go beneath 20 Celsius. Fridge in room was convenient for storing drinks, yogurts, things that needed refrigeration. Loved being to a 7-11 and Fresco grocery store! Loved the microwave, utensils, and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the basement where laundry and public baths were. Shower pressure was perfect. Loved having a shaver, toothbrush, hairbrush, etc in the drawer in case you forgot something. Would absolutely stay here again!
